The used animal bedding plant was delivered new in 2009 the baling unit with the plant was fully refurbished prior to delivery in 2009.
The used animal bedding plant recycles cardboard, paper, newspaper and timber shavings into a uniform dust free bagged valuable animal bedding material at a rate of one 22 to 25 Kg bale per minute.
The used animal bedding plant is complete and in good condition and available immediately, presently lying dismantled and held in secure storage ready for loading to transport.
The used animal bedding plant consists of the following equipment -
Wilkie Engineering Shredder 18KW 1,200 wide infeed Wilkie Engineering Dicer/Chopper 11 Kw Ken Mills Rotary separator In feed conveyor 2 kw Dust extraction and blower unit 7.5 Kw approx. Weighing unit, adjustable + or - 0.5 Kg 3 stage baling press with bomb doors and manual bag changing system
The shredded material measures 12 mm wide and 50 mm long ( with a facility to produce a longer strip if required). The plant can be operated by two men (one to feed the shredder and one to deal with the bagging section).
The used animal bedding equipment/plant turns scrap and waste paper, cardboard and wood shavings into a valuable recycled product and all sections of the animal bedding machinery are in very good condition and any inspection is welcome.
