The Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system is a 1,500 mm wide conveyor belt system which simply bolts and clips together to form a cost effective and robust answer for material or product transportation.
Constructed from mild steel sections which form a workman like conveyor system the Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system is an ideal permanent or mobile system for today’s recycling and manufacturing industries.
Finished in hot dipped galvanise for an extended life span, the Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system is supplied in a “flat pack” format. Alternatively this Easikit conveyor can be supplied ready built and delivered direct to site.
The Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system is available with a flat 1,500 mm wide 2 ply rubber belt or a 1,500 mm wide flat 2 ply rubber belt with 15 mm chevrons, the belting can be joined with a metal clip system or alternatively vulcanised endless joint for increased durability.
The Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system 2 ply rubber belt runs on 190 mm drive drum and 240 mm diameter tensioner drum with 50 mm belt idlers set at 600 mm centres and 50 mm drop in rollers set at 1,200 mm centres forming a 20 degree trough for captive material transportation.
Belt tension and adjustment is taken care of by screw tension adjusters in the base tension unit of the Easikit conveyor. This allows for easy and quick belt adjustment and replacement on the Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system.
The Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system has an optional 3 standard in feed hoppers, all complete with rubber skirts to cut material fall back.
The Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system contains 1,200 mm and 2,400 mm chassis sections, a tail unit and a head drive unit to allow the Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system to be tailored for almost all installations
Available in 110v, single phase or 3 phase power supplies, the Easikit 1500 modular conveyor system can be supplied with steel support structure, wheels for mobility, slewing mechanism and all electrical controls including speed control.
