The Easikit 300 modular conveyor system is a 300 mm wide conveyor belt system which simply bolts together to form a cost effective and robust answer for material or product transportation.
The Easikit conveyor system is constructed from mild steel sections which form a workman like conveyor system, the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system is an ideal permanent or mobile system for today’s recycling and manufacturing industries.
Finished in undercoat and holly green top coat for an extended life span, the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system is supplied on a pallet “flat packed” delivered to site format, or alternatively the Easikit conveyor can be supplied ready built and delivered direct to site.
The Easikit 300 modular conveyor system has a 300 mm wide 2 ply rubber belt or alternatively a 2 ply 300 mm wide rubber belt with 50 mm chevrons at 600 mm centres.
The Easikit 300 modular conveyor system’s 300 mm wide rubber belt runs on 165 mm drive and idler drums with 50 mm belt idlers set at 600 mm centres and 63 mm diameter return wheels at 600 mm centres.
The 2 ply rubber conveyor belt on the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system can be joined with a metal clip system or alternatively a vulcanised endless joint can be used on this Easikit for increased durability.
Belt tension and adjustment is taken care of by screw tension adjusters in the base tension unit, which allows easy and quick belt adjustment and replacement on the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system.
The Easikit 300 modular conveyor system has 1,200 mm and 2,400 mm chassis sections plus a tail unit and a head drive unit to allow the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system to be tailored for almost all installations.
Available in 110v, single phase or 3 phase power supplies the Easikit 300 modular conveyor system can be supplied with steel support structure, wheels for mobility, slewing mechanism and all electrical controls including speed control.
