The Easikit 450 modular conveyor system is a 450 mm wide conveyor belt system which simply bolts together to form a cost effective and robust answer for material or product transportation.

The Easikit conveyor is constructed from mild steel sections which form a workman like system, and this Easikit 450 modular conveyor system is an ideal permanent or mobile system for today’s recycler and manufacturing industries.

Finished in hot dipped galvanise for an extended life span, the Easikit 450 modular conveyor system is supplied in a “flat packed” format.   Alternatively the Easikit can be supplied ready built and delivered direct to site.

The Easikit 450 modular conveyor system is available with a flat 450 wide 2 ply rubber belt or a 450 mm wide flat 2 ply rubber belt with 40 mm chevrons set at 500 mm centres.   The Easikit belting can be joined with a melting clip system or alternatively with vulcanised endless joint for increased durability.

The Easikit 450 modular conveyor system 2 ply rubber belt runs on 173 mm and optional 150 mm drive drums, with 50 mm belt idlers set at 500 mm centres forming a 20 degree trough for captive material transportation.

Belt tension and adjustment is taken care of by screw tension adjusters in the base tension unit, which allows easy and quick belt adjustment and replacement on the Easikit 450 modular conveyor system.

The Easikit 450 modular conveyor system contains 1,000 mm and 2,000 mm chassis sections, a tail unit and a head drive unit to allow the Easikit 450 modular conveyor system to be tailored for almost all installations.

Available in 110v, single phase or 3 phase power supplies, the Easikit 450 modular conveyor system can be supplied with steel support structure, wheels for mobility, slewing mechanism and all electrical controls including speed control.

Rugged in design and easy to install, the Easikit 450 modular conveyor system is a cost effective answer for material and product transportation throughout the recycling and manufacturing industries.
