The new Kompass 1000 / 1600 heavy duty granulator is a substantially built, high production material processing machine.

Built to very high standards, the substantial main frame construction of the Kompass 1000 / 1600 heavy duty granulator is pre treated with Zinc prior to painting to ensure the granulator has a productive and long life on both dry and wet material processing.

The Kompass 1000 / 1600 heavy duty granulator has an over load preventative clutch system in the main drive unit, and comes complete with hydraulic lifting hood for fast and easy cleaning, set up and servicing work.  To reduce down time even further, the Kompass heavy duty granulator is supplied with a jig to pre-set the knifes prior to fitting.

The Kompass 1000 / 1600 heavy duty granulator has a patented strengthen rotor which allows the granulator to process material which competing machines would quite simply not be able to handle.

The Kompass 1000 / 1600 heavy duty granulator comes complete with European electric motor, SKF bearings and Telemecanique control panel and sundry equipment.
