The new Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator is a substantially built high production material processing recycling machine.

Built to very high standards the substantial main frame construction of the Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator is pre-treated with Zinc prior to painting to ensure the machines have a productive and long life on both dry and wet material processing.

The Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator has an overload preventative clutch system in the main drive unit and comes complete with hydraulic lifting hood for fast and easy cleaning, set up and servicing work.  To reduce down time even further, the granulator is supplied with a jig to pre-set the knives prior to fitting.

The Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator is equipped with a cooling system in the cutting chamber and shaft for an optional chiller unit if required.  The Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator has a patented strengthen rotor which allows the machine to process material competing machines would quite simply not be able to handle.

The Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator comes complete with European electric motors, SKF bearings and Telemecanique control panel and sundry equipment.   Substantially built to the very highest standards the Kompass 800 / 1200 heavy duty granulator is a truly impressive workhorse.
