The fully refurbished mobile waste and scrap tyre shredder is in excellent condition and can be seen working and any inspection of the shredder is welcome.

The waste and scrap tyre shredder is fully mobile on a hook lift platform and a diesel generator set is also available separately if required.
The fully refurbished mobile waste and scrap tyre shredder consists of 2 No twin shaft shredders, 2 No shaker tables, steel support structure, and control panel all mounted on a hook lift platform and is complete with a free standing inclined in-feed conveyor.

The refurbished mobile waste and scrap tyre shredder plant produces a 50 mm product at a rate of 4 tons per hour.

Each shredder is powered by 2 No 50 Hp electric motors (4 motors in total) and and the shredders have re sharp-enabled blades for cost effective processing.

The waste and scrap tyre shredder employs common heavy duty gear boxes, standard electric motors and off the shelf heavy duty bearings for easy servicing and simple parts ordering and stocking and is ready to go straight to work.

Waste and Scrap Tyre Shredder Working Method:
Scrap and waste tyres are fed into the first shredder by an inclined hand loaded conveyor for initial reduction.
This material is then transported from the first shredder to the second shredder by shaker table. 
The secondary shredded material is then exited by a second shaker table to a free standing conveyor.

Waste and Scrap Tyre Shredder Production:
The fully refurbished waste and scrap tyre shredder will shred car, van and 4 x 4 tyres and pre shredded or halved truck tyres.
The shredder's production capability is 4 tons of tyres per hour which equates to approximately 600 units / tyres per hour.
