Mobile Phone 'Recharge Pod' for Glastonbury

Visitors to this year’s Glastonbury festival will have access to a free eco-friendly mobile phone charging service.  Orange phone network have come up with a free standing wind turbine and solar panels which can charge up to 100 mobile phones an hour.  The mobile phone network are working in partnership with renewable energy company Gotwind, to provide the 7 metre high turbine, which will be attached to a tent.  What a great idea!
