New Baler for Auto Spares & Salvage Ltd

Last week saw the arrival of Auto Spares and Salvage’s latest investment with the delivery of their new mobile vehicle baler – a Eurobaler 535.  The new machine is to replace their first unit bought back in 2003.

Operations manager at the Northamptonshire based company, Phil Wood, told us that their original machine had proven to be extremely reliable and had transformed their operation almost overnight.  When the time came to replace the baler, the reliability of their old machine and the excellent after sales service they had enjoyed from their suppliers made the replacement choice easy and painless.

So a Eurobaler 535 machine built by Euromec SRL, the same manufacturer as their previous machine, was purchased.  With a longer and wider charge box to make the processing of larger vans, 4 x 4’s and MPV’s a little easier, the new machine was delivered to site on Tuesday 5th August 2008 and put straight into service on the same day.

Together with the new Eurobaler, July saw the completion of extensive concrete work on site, and the imminent arrival of a new vehicle transporter (due early August) completes this phase of the company’s investment, all of which will serve to enhance the company’s highly perceived market place position.
