The new Kompass 120 Shredder and Granulator Plant is a one man hand fed system capable of producing 120Kgs of 5mm product per hour from LDPE, LLDPE and PP waste lumps and purgings with maximum dimensions of 900mm x 500mm and a thickness of 100mm.

The shredder and granulator plant consists of a Kompass 15Kw twin shaft pre shredder with 15mm or 30mm wide blades, and a Kompass 15Kw 300/450 granulator complete with 5mm screen and cyclone unit and dust filter.

The Kompass 300/450 granulator and cyclone, Kompass 300 twin shaft pre shredder is complete with electric control panel and offered as a new plant ex works Bulgaria with 12 months' warranty.

The Kompass 120 shredder and granulator plant is ideal for plastics processors and can be installed into a running recycling system or plastics processing site to handle waste from cuts, purgings and lumps of LDPE, LLDPE and PP.
