Built here in the UK the S1500 tyre baler is robustly constructed and this baler comes as a welcome and diverse addition to our recycling machinery portfolio. (See Video below)

Ideal for managing the logistics of transportation of scrap and waste tyres, the S1500 scrap tyre and waste tyre baler easily allows full pay loads by producing a very dense bale.

The waste tyre bales can also be used for drainage and landscaping initiatives.  (Please see our forthcoming news article for further details of possible uses for tyre bales)

With electric or diesel drive the S1500 scrap and waste tyre baler is available as a static, mobile or bespoke delivery machine.

The S1500 scrap tyre baler can be supplied to suit almost all site and operator situations.

With 2 opening doors for easy tyre loading and bale ejection, the S1500 tyre baler is designed to produce 2 different sizes of bales with an adjustable charge box system.

Equipped with 2 large powerful hydraulic cylinders powered by a separate power pack this scrap tyre baler can be loaded with tyres compressed, and it can be reloaded several times prior to making a final finished bale.

A single tyre bale (large) contains around 120 tyres, is secured by hand tied steel wires and both large and small bales are ejected automatically from the baler.
