The proprietor of "Cheap Skips", a business based in Matlock, Derbyshire, has been found guilty of illegally keeping waste, as he did not have a waste management licence. Martin Hudson deceived his customers and undercut other legitimate businesses. He's now paying the price - observing a curfew order, doing community service and wearing an electronic tagging device.
