The used Plastics Shredding and Granulation plant is complete and in fair to good condition.  This shredding and granulation plant is in safe storage and is available immediately ex UK.

The used Plastics Shredding and Granulation plant comprises of a pre shredder which produces a 30 mm x 150 mm approximate product, complete with out feed conveyor feeding into a Blackfriars granulator, complete with blower unit to a big bag bagging stand.

Presently employed to process PET, HD and UPVC material, the used Plastics Shredding and Granulation plant will produce around 300 Kg of processed material per hour.

The pre shredder will produce 1,000 Kg of material per hour as a stand alone unit and the complete shredding and granulation plant can be used for a variety of materials and situations.

Pre Shredder:
Motor              17.3 Kw,
Throat             500 mm x 500 mm
Blade width    30 mm
Product size   30 mm x 150 mm approximately

Granulator:
Motor              15 Kw
Throat             330 mm x 230 mm
Grids               2 mm / 6 mm / 8 mm / 10 mm

- Conveyor feed from pre shredder to granulator (rubber belt)
- Blower transporter to cyclone
- Cyclone and big bag bagging stand
