The SIERRA REB-1 general waste baler is the latest addition to the SIERRA baler range.
A fully automatic continuous fed general waste baler, the new SIERRA REB-1 baler is designed for baling all non ferrous metals and material including all paper grades, cardboard, PET, OCC and electric cable.
With a pressing force of 150 tons and an automatic and adjustable strapping system, the SIERRA REB-1 baler will produce dense material bales which are tailored to fit shipping containers for fast loading and full pay loads.
Weighing in at a substantial 25 tons, the SIERRA REB-1 general waste baler is the ideal machine for the busy material recycling facility and covers all site processing needs in one reliable machine.
Fully lined with replaceable Hardox 450 liner plates and complete with Allen Bradley PLC controls, the SIERRA REB-1 general waste baler has a working pressure of 310 Bar and an impressive dry cycle time of 15 seconds with a cost effective 75 Hp electric motor.
