Tyre Baler in action - scrap tyre recycling
The S1500 scrap tyre and waste tyre baler easily allows full pay loads by producing a very dense bale, and the waste tyre bales can also be used for drainage and landscaping initiatives. With electric or diesel drive the S1500 scrap and waste tyre baler is available as a static, mobile or bespoke delivery machine. With 2 opening doors for easy tyre loading and bale ejection, the S1500 tyre baler is designed to produce 2 different sizes of bales with an adjustable charge box system. This scrap tyre baler can be loaded with tyres compressed, and it can be reloaded several times prior to making a final finished bale.
A single tyre bale (large) contains around 120 tyres, is secured by hand tied steel wires and both large and small bales are ejected automatically from the baler.
