Description
United Castings have been producing quality wear parts to global industry for over 17 years. With a flexible working culture, we are able to rapidly adapt to the changing needs of the marketplace whilst ensuring that all our parts outperform the competition whilst maintaining cost effectiveness. 

Producing 1,000 tonnes of wear parts a year gives us the ability to cope with any order size, whilst operating to Quality System 9001:2000 ensures we always maintain impeccably high standards.  United Castings use dedicated road haulage, distributed from the Alfreton head office, allowing us to deliver whenever, wherever you need.

Product Range:

Hammers
Shredder hammers ranging from 34kg hammers through to 470kg hammers.
Horsepower ranging over 10,000hp.

Hammer Pins
Specialise in holding stocks of Corus ingot route material in both EN24T and EN26W grades,
provided with casting and rolling certificates.

Grids
We are market leaders in the design and manufacture of shredder grids.
We can bespoke design grids to reduce wear rates, increase tonnes per hour and density.
Grid castings can be made up to 6 tonnes in weight.

Liners
Production of liners and anvils giving both superior life and durability.
