Scrap & Waste Timber Shredder Recycling Plant Working Method:
Material is loaded into the pre shredder where large timber pieces are broken up and any large steel parts are liberated.
The material is transported via conveyor from the pre shredder, and has an overband magnet which removes any large initially liberated steel waste.
The material is then transported along a picking line where “foreign” materials (plastic, glass, aggregates etc) are removed and thrown into chutes which then feed directly into skips.
Material is then presented to the Hammer Mill via a power feed roller system and reduced down to the finished 50mm product.
An out feed conveyor then completes the plant taking the finished product to storage, this conveyor is complete with overband magnet and an end mounted drum magnet to remove any remaining fine steel material.
