Assembled in 2018 the used plastics granulation, wash, dry and bagging line is in good condition and available immediately for inspection and sale ex site UK.
With greater emphasis placed on recycling plastics this plant is ideal for process plastic buckets, trays and pots.
Previously fed with pre shredded material from a twin shaft shredder the plastics recycling plant achieved a throughput of 1 ton per hour on plastic buckets.
The plastics granulation, wash, dry and bagging line has also been used on plastic trays, tubs and pots with a 2 tons per hour productivity achieved.
The recycling line for plastics consist of an in feed conveyor, air knife, 8 man picking line which comes complete with an over-band magnet and Eddy Current separator.
The sorted material then passes through the first rough cut granulator and on to a hot wash bath the a float sink tank and on to a secondary fine cut granulator.
The final fine cut granulated material is then fed in to a drying unit and on to a bagging plant as a finished product.
