The used Aluminium smelting plant is in excellent condition and can be run on multiple types of fuel and is available immediately ex site England.

Installed new in 2019 the plant consists of  a two furnace chamber system each with 8 ton holding wells.

Decanting and open and closing is fully automatic and these are operated with both manual controls and a radio remote control unit.

Presently dismantled and ready to load to transport the complete plant is a British built Cast Flow Ltd installation and any inspection is welcome.

The double furnace system comes complete with a Star Wheel, Casting machine, Spectrograph and 6 No – 1 ton sows.

Previously run on waste oil the aluminium smelting plant can also be powered by gas or diesel fuels.

Working on 24 hour shifts the plant will produce circa 25 –  30 tons of clean ally from mixed engines and gear boxes.

Between 40 and 50 tons of clean material can be achieved from old rolled per 24 hour shift.

Post shredder Zorba is processed by the used smelting plant basically as fast as you can feed it in !
