The used 1-ton per hour cable granulation plant is in excellent condition can be seen running and is available immediately ex site England.

From the market leading Stokkermill stable the granulation plant was delivered new in 2018 and has a registered 2,520 worked hours.

This granulation plant is ideal for many different types and grades of waste and scrap electric cables.

Low grade electrical cables, household, singles, car wiring looms, data and industrial cables are all granulated with ease.

The granulation plant has a 75Kw single shaft pre shredder complete complete with a talcum powder doser.

The talcum powder doser allows the plant to granulate car wiring looms very easily.

An out feed conveyor with overband magnet transports the shredded material from the pre shredder to a 4Kw load feeder.

The load feeder is synchronised to the granulator and comes complete with variable discharge speed.

The 90Kw M150 granulator has a throughput capability of 800 – 1,400Kg/p/h and comes complete with a sound deadening cover.

The 1-ton per hour cable granulation plant has a 90Kw Turbo Mill for to easily process data and hair wire cables.

Dust suppression is taken care of with a cyclone filtration system which takes care of all air born dust from the granulation system.

Two sieve units take care of secondary copper fines and a second one is used for collecting larger pieces of brass, copper and aluminium.
