The used MOROS HL 500 shear baler is complete and in very good condition and is available for sale immediately ex works Europe.
Another quality shear baler by the market leading and respected Moros stable this shear is a static electric drive machine.
Complete with operators cabin the shear baler also has a pre load table.
With a shearing force of 500 tons this Moros has a 90 tons baling force and 180 tons of lid folding force.
A 6m long charge box and a 110 ton hold down clamp are powered by 2 x 100 Hp electric drive motors.
Bulky charges are handled with ease thanks to the 2,300mm wide open charge box.
Designed to process heavy and medium scrap this Moros HL 500 shear baler is perfect for ELV’s and bulky light iron.
Purchased new in 2005 this scrap metal shear benefits from low working hours complete with the pedigree of Moros Industrias Hidrauicas SA behind it.
Designed for light – medium duty work the used Moros HC500 shear baler produces dense 750mm x 550mm x variable bales in both ferrous and non ferrous metals.
Weighing in at circa 90 tons the used Moros shear baler needs only a level flat concrete base to work efficiently.
With production rates of 6 – 12 t/p/h baling and 3 – 5 cuts per minute this used Moros HL 500 shear baler will be perfect for all metal processors.
