Our new JR150 HD cable stripper turns scrap and waste heavy electric cable into a profitable clean copper, aluminium, lead and plastics revenue stream.
The stripper has 2 large paddle feed drive wheels with plough blade to easily and simply liberate the valuable materials within cable sheathing.
With a processing capability of 30mm to 150mm outer cable diameters our newest cable-wire stripper is powered by a very cost effective 4.5Kw 3 phase electric motor.
Set up of our JR150 HD cable stripper is both quick and simple with manual wheel controls for outer cable diameter settings.
Outer sheathing cutting is taken care of by the integral plough tool cutter for easy depth of cut control.
Feed stock includes steel wired armour (SWA), double steel wired armour and steel tape are simple and easily stripped.
PVC covered, lead covered together with thick rubber and nylon covered cables and more can simply be processed in our JR150 HD cable stripper.
