Our British designed and built new ELV CAT De Canner extracts the maximum pay back on End of Life vehicle catalytic converters.
A simple vertical shearing action cuts the scrap catalytic converters in half allowing the valuable inner Monolith to be removed.
The monolith is then simply decamped in to an integral 205 litre drum ready for evaluation and further processing.
Our new ELV CAT De Canner’s are equipped with a powerful air extraction system with HEPA filter to ensure safe operation and complete precious material extraction.
Simple and safe in use and giving on average a 25% – 30% increase on revenue return from ELV CAT’s owning a new ELV CAT De Canner makes a lot of sense.
