The hammer mill is a BJD Flex Tooth 42 x 36 mill and is powered by a Volvo diesel turbo engine.
Mill and motor are mounted on to a Hook Lift platform for mobility and cost effective installation.
Presently employed shredding pre broken aluminium motor vehicle engines and gearboxes this hammer plant could be employed on many different materials.
The diesel driven BJD hammer mill plant comes complete with an in feed conveyor to mill, an out feed conveyor with over band.
This second conveyor feeds material directly to an eddy current separator which comes complete with drum magnet .
This sorted material is then fed directly on to a stacking conveyor.
Fully operational the mobile diesel driven BJD hammer mill plant, shredder fragmentiser comes complete with remote control.
Perfect for small to medium sized feed stocks bulk reduction and separation the BJD mill and ancillary equipment will work well on irony aluminium, old rolled aluminium WEEE material and aggregates.
