Producing clean steel and fabric material streams the plant is complete and can be seen running.

Please note viewing is strictly by appointment only.

The plant consists of a twin shaft pre shredder feeding in to a second twin shaft shredder for initial reduction and steel particle size reduction.

The pre shredded material is then fed in to a heavy duty single shaft machine and then on to separated steel out feed collection.

A total of 8 conveyors, and 2 overband magnets and 2 drum magnets ensure the cloth stream is completely steel free.

All conveyors an interconnecting wiring is including along with the control panels and cable trunking.
