Producing a 20-30mm shredded product the shredder benefits from a pair of recently fitted new shafts made from TN24T steel.

This shredder was previously used for shredding de beaded car, light commercial and 4 x 4 scrap and waste tyres.

Perfect for tyres this shredder could be put to work on paper, plastics, timber, film, fabric and may other waste materials.

Powered by two 15Kw electric drive motors the used 30Kw twin shaft shredder has a throughput capability of circa 100 tyres per hour.

The shredder machine comes complete with an integral out feed conveyor, and in feed hopper.

Complete and work ready the shredder is a self contained unit complete with  steel support structure and electrical control panel.
