The hydraulic metal chips briquetting machine Violi Briquette Press VM/CTA1 is designed to compact metal chips coming from machining operations such as milling turning and grinding.
The Violi Briquette Press VM/CTA1 both reduces the volume of metal chips and also squeezes out cutting and cooling oils and fluids coming from previous processes.
The machine is composed by a loading hopper for material loading, a shredder for reducing the length of the chips, a double piston, a tank for collecting the oils and a drain pump.
Subject to production and material, there are different customised solutions for both working cycle automation and material loading.
