The new Violi Briquette Press VM/CTAO/1 is the ideal machine for small to medium volumes of steel and aluminium swarf, turnings, millings, shearing and grinding dusts and other waste or redundant high value metals.
Producing dense 80mm briquettes in ferrous and non ferrous metal swarf, turnings, millings, shearing and grinding dusts on an automatic running cycle, the Violi Briquette Press VM/CTAO/1Â has a throughput capability of 70/80 Kg/p/h on steel and 30/35 Kg/p/h on aluminium and comes as a self contained stand alone unit.
Complete with a liquid recovery system to reduce the volume of coolant in steel and aluminium swarf, turnings, millings, shearing and grinding dusts, the Violi Briquette Press VM/CTAO/1 has an economical 7.5Kw motor and a small footprint for cost effective scrap and waste ferrous and non ferrous metals briquette production.
