Our new Violi swarf chipper and briquette press is perfect for small to medium producer of steel, brass and aluminium swarfs and chips.
Producing compact 60mm or 80mm briquettes in both ferrous and non ferrous metal lathe turnings and chips.
The new Violi swarf chipper and briquette press comes in two models the VM/CTRAO and the VM/CTRAO1 machines.
The VM/CTRAO has a production capability of 15/20 Kg/p/h on aluminium and 40/60 Kg/p/h on steel and brass.
Our VM/CTRAO1 has a production capability of 40/50 Kg/p/h on aluminium and 90/100 Kg/p/h on steel and brass.
The swarf chipper comes complete with a large in feed hopper and feeds the briquette press via an integral auger feeder.
The briquette press has a built in liquid coolant recovery and storage system together with an electric drain pump.
Economical 7 Kw and 12 Kw drive motors deliver the power for each of the two machines.
Delivered as a one piece self chassis units the machines have small footprints and are robust in construction.
Simple and safe in operation our swarf chipper and briquette press machines make swarf processing easy.
