The used Eldan PC12 classifier is in good condition, can be seen running and is available ex site England Immediately.
Perfect for separating copper and plastic mix from a dry separation system this Eldan classifier reduces small copper partical loss.
This material classifier is designed to extract the very fine elements sometimes lost in the waste side of dry cable granulation lines.
From the market leading Eldan stable the PC12 classifier screener has a throughput capability of up to 2000Kg per hour.
Presently employed cleaning fine copper fragments and dust from the plastics outlet on a cable recycling line.
Consisting of four screens the PC12 has 3 material outlets and is driven by a cost effective 0.75Kw drive motor.
Needing only a power supply and a compressed air feed the classifiers is simple and safe in operation.
The PC12 is happy to perform as a stand alone machine or alternatively can easily incorporated in to almost any existing processing line.
