ELV Shock Absorber Draining Unit

Our new ELV Shock Absorber Draining Unit provides a quick, simple and safe system for draining ELV shock absorbers.

This draining unit has an hydraulic punching tool which punctures the shock absorbers cylinder which takes merely seconds to perform.

Then an integral suction hose is used to drain the majority of the shock absorber damping fluid away through the punctured hole.

Built as a stand alone system the shocker drain unit is built on a wheel mounted trolley complete with a evacuated fluid storage tank.

The whole shock absorber draining operation takes less than a minute and is very simple and safe in operation.

The shocker draining system is powered by compressed air and requires a standard workshop supply of dry clean air of 10 cfm at 7 bar.

Fully mobile, simple and safe to operate the shock absorber draining unit is built right here in good old England.
