Our second to largest standard granulator in the K range the all new K400 TurboFlex cable granulator is the perfect machine for cable granulation across the board.
Granulating cable separates the valuable copper or aluminium content from the plastic and rubber conduits found in steel free electric cables.
Copper and aluminium cables, data and telephonic cables, are all good feed stock for our new K400 TurboFlex cable granulator.
With a production capability of up to 250Kg’s per hour of in feed material our K400 TurboFlex machine is powered by a powerful 36Kw drive motor.
SKF bearings, Siemens electronics, Schneider and Telemacanique components ensuring good production levels and reliability.
Granulating with 3 rotating knifes and 2 fixed knifes and with easy to change sizing screens all makes theTurboFlex incredibly user friendly.
The inclusion of a Turbo Mill which provides a secondary refining system making the processing of data and fine cables simple and fast.
Needing only a simple set up and service routine our new K400 TurboFlex cable granulator is certainly a “plug and play machine”.
