The third granulator in the K range our all new New K140 Flexi cable granulator is the perfect machine for medium volumes of cable.
Granulating cable separates the valuable copper or aluminium content from the plastic and rubber conduits found in steel free electric cables.
With a production capability of up to 150Kg’s per hour our K140 Flexi machine is powered by a cost effective 14Kw drive motor.
Built with Siemens electrics, SKF bearings, Schneider and Telemacanique components to ensuring good production levels and reliability.
Granulating with 3 rotating knifes and 2 fixed knifes and with easy to change sizing screens all makes the K140 Flexi to be very user friendly.
Truly a “plug and play machine” and needing only a simple set up routine our new K140 Flexi Cable Granulator is available with 3 phase drive motor only.
Copper and aluminium cables, data and telephonic cables can all be processed by our standard K140 Flexi granulator by using a smaller classifier screen.
Fully upgradeable our K140 Flexi cable granulator can be equipped with a pre shredder and feed conveyor, a Turbo mill and a car wiring loom processing kit.
