Tyre Recycling Pyrolysis Plant

The tyre recycling pyrolysis plant is complete in very good condition and is available for inspection and viewing and is available immediately ex site UK.

With a throughput of 21 – 28 tons per day of clean rubber block and or crumb the tyre recycling pyrolysis plant produces Oil, Carbon Black and Gas.

This plant is a semi continuous system which provides  –

1. A product discharge
2. Treatment
3. Tooling and safety system
4. Heating abatement system
5. A semi continuous pyrolysis air tight retort chamber

The tyre recycling pyrolysis plant chamber is 7.2m long and has a 7 metric ton feed stock load capacity.

Heating for the tyre recycling pyrolysis plant is provided by  3 x Gas burners and cooling of the system is by the integral water cooling system.

This installation is intended for use in the processing of rubber crumb from tyres but could be repurposed for use on a variety of waste and plastic materials if required.

Technical assistance for the reinstalling of the tyre recycling pyrolysis plant is available along with extensive documentation of the plants construction and operation.
