Robust in design and build this used Ken Mills bedding plant produces a top of the line 20Kg sealed bag of animal bedding.

Starting with a heavy duty Ken Mills Green Line rotor shredder perfect for shredding sheet and loose cardboard  material.

This shredded material is then fed directly in to the Ken Mills Green Line automatic weighing and baler unit.

The ken Mills Engineering auto weighing Green Line baler comes complete with an extensive dust extraction system.

The baler contains an accurate pre weigh 20Kg weighing system with the weighed material being fed automatically in to the bale chamber.

After pressing the shredded material it’s then ejected in to plastics bags which are then heat sealed and made ready for despatching.

Containing fully matched Ken Mills Engineering Green Line shredder, dust extraction and baling equipment this plant is both reliable and cost effective.

Presently sat in storage the line was in full productive working condition when shut down and placed in storage.
