This cardboard shredding baling animal bedding system produces circa 20 x 20Kg bales per hour in operation.

Workman like and robust this used Ken Mills animal bedding line produces a dust free top of the line 20Kg sealed bag of animal bedding.

Starting with a flat bed heavy duty rotor shredder for shredding sheet and loose cardboard material which is then fed directly in to the “white” extraction line.

Via the integral dust suppression system all dust is removed from the shredded mass which is then delivered to the Ken Mills animal bedding baler.

The baler contains an accurate pre press 20Kg weighing system which then feeds the weighed shredded material directly in to the bale chamber.

Once compressed the shredded material is then ejected in to plastics bags which are then heat sealed and made ready for despatching.

Containing fully matched shredder, dust extraction and baling equipment this used Ken Mills animal bedding line is “probably” as good as it gets in the animal bedding arena.

Presently sat in storage the line was in full productive working condition when recently shut down.
