The used JMC McIntyre metals baler is in full working condition, no beauty competition winner this one, but it’s available immediately ex works UK.
From the market leading McIntyre stable this metals baler is the industry trusted McIntyre 5025 machine.
The “go to” machine for ferrous and non ferrous metal processing traders world wide the baler producing a dense 500mm x 250mm x variable bale..
Powered by an 11Kw electric motor the used JMC McIntyre metals baler operates on 153 Bar working pressure producing 50 tons of compression force.
A lid force of 48 tonnes and the addition of shearing blades on both sides of the lid enables the 5025SB machine to both bale and cut materials.
A pusher force of 80 tonnes produces dense bales from material loaded in to the 1,220mm x 500mm x 500mm charge box.
Weighing in at around 5,500Kg the used JMC McIntyre metals baler is both simple to use and safe in operation.
With manual lever controls integral safety screen the machine is a rough and ready example but she’ll be work ready and good to go !
