The used car wiring loom granulation line is in good condition can be seen running and is available immediately ex site England.
This used equipment was delivered new in 2014 and has a registered 2,624 worked hours.
This line removes the valuable copper content of wiring looms from ELV’s and can also be used to good effect on general wire and cables and cat 5 wire.
Large and multi core cables are quickly shredded with the pre shredder which comes complete with a powder feed system.
With the integral pre shredder and over-band magnet cables and wiring containing SWA and steel parts can be safely processed.
All pre shredded material is fed to the granulator which in turn feeds the granulated cable to the Turbo Mill and separation table.
All generated dust from the line is taken care of with a cyclone dust suppression system .
The valuable copper content is conveyed away and the fine sieve completes the line by removing any Brass content.
Available immediately and can be seen running and cost effective on almost all types of cable the used car wiring loom line at Just-Recycling.
