Our new electric motor dismantler unit are European designed and built and are made to order and sold on an ex works UK basis.
Our new dismantlers make the removal of the copper core from electric motors simple, safe and fast.
A three step system is used to extracts the valuable copper from within the motors, step one the outer casing is removed.
Step two the stator is cut in half, Â step three the copper core is mechanically removed from the two stator sections.
Powered by a cost effective 4Kw 3 phase electric drive motor the motor dismantlers operate as stand alone units.
Complete with fork truck lifting pockets for mobility the electric motor dismantling machine can process motors with outer diameters starting at 50mm right up to large 300mm diameter motors.
- Please note our dismantlers will not process fire damed or “burnt out” electric motors !
