Our Violi Metals Baler VM/CIT100 is a simple and very functional manually operated machine designed for compacting metal chips and swarfs.
This metals baler is very much designed to bale arrisings from turning, milling punching and general recycling sorting work.
Operated by hand lever controls the Violi VM/CIT100 baler machine is both simple to own and operate and very safe to use.
The unit consists of a steel collecting container (charge box) which is equipped with an adjustable wall where materials are loaded in by hand.
A hydraulic operated top cover closes the chamber and material is then compressed hydraulically lateraly within the compression chamber.
The work cycle is started manually by hand levers and lets the operator work in safe conditions and the compressed charge is removed by hand.
The compression is approximately 5.200 kg that means the Violi Metals Baler VM/CIT100 is able to compact even the toughest of metals.
Briquettes are of 95mm octagonal diameter and lengths are variable sizes subject to the amount of material placed in the chamber prior to compaction.
The bales / briquettes are easy to stored and conviniently sized for melting crucibles and forges.
The baler leads to a reduction of up to the 90% of the feed material and the Violi Metals Baler VM/CIT100 eliminates most of any lubricant within the material.
The Violi Metals Baler VM/CIT100 complies with all the relevant international standards.
