The new Violi VM/23 100 briquette press is designed to reduce in size multiple metal materials to significantly reduce their volume and the liquids they contain.
The Violi VM/23 100 briquette press is a briquetting machine with high productivity standards and which complies with all applicable European regulations.
Consisting of a dosing loading hopper that allows for easy loading from which the material is then conveyed directly into the briquetting chamber.
From loading the VM/23 100 machine through to the production of briquettes the whole cycle is fully automatic.
Driven by a 7.5Kw motor the new Violi VM23 60 briquette press has throughput of 150/180 Kg/p/h on aluminium and 380-420Kg/p/h on steel.
The VM/S23 series briquette presses are ideal for briquetting chips deriving from CNC productions and they significantly reduce the volume of cutting oils and fluids these contain.
Built as a stand alone unit the Violi VM/23 100 works well as a solo operation but can also be easily incorporated in to many existing production and recycling plants and systems.
