The Violi Mini Metals Balers are simple and very functional machines designed for compacting metal chips and swarf of any metal produced by processes of turning, milling, or punching.
2 models are available the Violi VM/CT46 and the Violi VM/CT70.
The units consist of a steel collecting container equipped with a movable wall where residues are loaded manually; a top cover, powered by a hydraulic piston, moves them within a compression chamber where another hydraulic piston compresses the material until you get briquettes.
The work cycle is started manually and performed in absolute safety for the operator. The compression exerted on residues is approximately 5.200 kg to compact even the toughest metals.
The final result are octagonal shaped briquettes of 46mm or 70 mm with variable height depending on the amount and type of metal, easy to store or refund; the compression leads to a reduction in volume up to 90% and eliminates most of the lubricant liquids contained in the residue through a gutter.
The Violi VM/CT46 and the Violi VM/CT70.MV/CIT complies with the applicable international standards for this type of machine.
